How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is very simple. Make your selections on styles and click on the image to view the individual product item details and sizes available. Add them to your shopping bag by clicking the ‘Add to Shopping Bag’ tag next to your desired item. Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag and then follow the on-screen prompts as they guide you through the process of proceeding to the Checkout and finalising your purchases.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless “out of stock” is displayed next to the shoe required. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

Can I order by telephone?

Ordering by telephone is easy. Please telephone one of our Customer Advisers on +44 (0)1403 230488 with the details of the shoe(s) you would like to purchase and your billing and delivery information, please have your credit card to hand. Your order will then be processed and sent to you.

What size do I need?

The best way to ensure you purchase the correct size is to have your child's feet measured and the shoes fitted. However once you have a measurement for your child's feet, these are only guides and can vary between stores as do the sizes of shoes which vary by brand. There is more guidance on sizing here. If you feel you are confident with the shoe size and width required please feel free to find a suitable shoe in our store. We are happy to exchange or credit unsuitable shoes subject to our returns policy, which can be viewed here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept, Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro and Switch debit cards. You can also pay via your Paypal account, if you have one. Cash has also been known to work in store!

Are my credit card details safe and secure when I shop online at Raspberry Laces?

Your personal online security is very important to us. The purchase area of our site is secure. This means that we utilise Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information. Your card details are not stored on our website. Additionally for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address with your credit card company. Further details can be found here

How will I know that you have received my order and it is being processed?

When you have submitted an online order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of this order. This does not however mean that the order has been completed. This happens once the payment has been approved and the delivery address has been verified. If there is a problem with any of these or the items in your order, you will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss this with you.

By logging into your account you can track progress of you order, there are four main stages -
1. receipt of order
2. confirmation of order
3. picking and packaging of your order
4. sending your order.

How long will it take to receive my shoes?

1 - 3days check

What method of delivery is used?

We use Signed For delivery method through the Royal Mail which ensures we can track and trace all parcels.
