Christmas competition
We will be running a christmas competition with three great prizes on offer to all registered customers between now and the middle of December. We will be offering prizes for the first three names selected after the closing date.

All customers who have purchased online or provided a name and email address in store will automatically be entered, as will all registrants of our newsletter up until the close date.

Terms and Conditions (The small print)
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
Eloquent Ltd t/a Raspberry Laces reserves the right to cancel or amend the rules of this competition without giving notice. This is the only place where these rules will be published and any changes made for any reason whatsoever will be posted here.
Employees of Eloquent, any person connected to Eloquent including their immediate family are not eligible to enter this competition.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
The competition starts on the 1st November 2010 at 07.00 and closes at midnight on the 15th December 2010.
All entries must complete all mandatory fields requested, including name and email address. Entrant’s details will be maintained securely for in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days after the competition ends. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days then a new winner will be drawn.
The prizes are in the form of vouchers, vouchers provided by third parties may have their own terms and conditions which will be clearly stated. Raspberry Laces vouchers can only be used in store or online – Purchases can only be made from available stock, no responsibility is made about any item being available and in stock.
Entry is free and is open to all residents of the UK only. Entry can be made online at raspberrylaces.co.uk or by completing an entry form in store.
Eloquent may require the prizewinner to appear in reasonable publicity and Eloquent reserves the right to use the details stored of any winner in any publicity.
The competition is promoted by Eloquent Ltd, whose registered office is 53 Bluecoat Pond, Christ's Hospital, West Sussex RH13 0NW. The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement.
Eloquent decisions in this matter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
