Our Commitment

We have spent many many months setting up Raspberry laces, researching and identifying what will make it the best independent children's shoe shop in the South. As a result we have devised our own customer guarantee or promise.

We promise to provide the best hand picked range of shoes, that our staff will be knowledgable and qualified and always looking to ensure our service is friendly and relaxed for children and their parents.

If the Shoe doesn't fit we won't sell it.

To reinforce this we have created our own unique 6 point fitting commitment.

We promise that for every fitting we will

1. Confirm the child's age
2. Measure the length of their feet
3. Measure the width of their feet
4. Understand what style of shoes they require and what they need them for
5. Look for unusual or potential problems (such as pronation) when they walk - We are Society of Shoefitters qualified
6. Review the last shoes for unusual wear

But before we do all of this we will ask their name, because ours is a truly personal fitting service and one we hope you will recommend to your friends.
